Because plugins are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final in most cases.

When we do refund

• The plugin does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time
• You were charged twice for the same plugin

When we do not refund

• You changed your mind or no longer run a server
• The plugin is incompatible with a setup that is not listed as supported
• The plugin was purchased during a sale and the price changed later

To request a refund, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order id.
